Dr. Harvey Lui, is Professor and Head
of the UBC Department of Dermatology
and Skin Science and is currently responsible
for the research program in photomedicine
and the training of undergraduate medical
students and residents in dermatology.
Dr. Lui co-directs the Laboratory for
Advanced Medical Photonics (LaMP) at
the Vancouver Coastal Health Research
Institute (VCHRI) and has a major interest
in psoriasis, vitiligo, pigmentary disorders,
and skin cancer. Dr. Lui is also the
Scientific Chair of the Canadian Dermatology
Foundation which is the leading skin-specific,
peer-review funding agency in Canada.
He serves as the CIHR-SRTC Director.
