Dr. Hannu Larjava is Professor and Chair
of the Division of Periodontics and Dental
Hygiene and also Associate Dean for Graduate
Studies in the Faculty of Dentistry.
Dr. Larjava’s Laboratory of Periodontal
Biology provides trainees with hands
on experience in wound healing models,
as well as in cell and molecular biology
techniques to dissect pathways important
in skin cell adhesion and migration.
